The seventh important conscious choice of breathing holding the breath. Adding positive sounds to the breathing. Sounds that resonates inwards compared to sounds sent out. Generating extra nitric-oxide with sounds. Using familiar sounds for relaxation.
Exercises: valve breathing, ocean breathing, humming-bee, sigh-breathing,from stepping-breath to laughter.
