An event for Indians in Århus limited to 25 participants
A good night’s sleep is vital for well-being; it allows the body to repair and restore. Lack of proper sleep negatively affects many life aspects. It’s not just the number of hours; the quality of sleep also matters.

“Night Mouth Taping” is a popular breathing hack; you will hear my opinion on this practice. I will also explain how “Nostril Dominance” relates to sleep and ways to impact it.
In the last part of the talk, I will share with you the different ways I manipulate my breathing before going to sleep and when facing difficulties in falling asleep following premature waking.
