About me
Born and raised in Israel, he lived four years of his childhood in the USA. His mother was a Yogic breathing instructor, and at the age of nine, he first started engaging in ‘breathing practices.’ Yoga has been a passion of Offer Dan for over fifty years, and he spent considerable time developing and refining his practices in India.
He was drafted into the Israeli army and served as an infantry soldier for three years. Once dismissed from the military, he went to study and earned a degree in electrical engineering. After graduation, he traveled around the world for years, making a living as a street performer playing music and also as a magician.
Fell in love with a Danish woman, settled in wonderful Denmark, and was blessed with two lovely kids. He started a business for admission control products. For twenty-five years, he ran the company until his early retirement in favor of writing a book about Breathing.
