#6 Breath retention
The sixth important conscious choice of breathing holding the breath. What happens in the body as CO2 starts to build up in the blood stream. Holding the breath with vacuum or pressure. Measuring CO2 tolerance. Measuring retention time after hyperventilating.
Relevant breathing choice: nostrils dilation.
Exercises: 4-7-8, alternating nostrils with retention, artery cutoff, big-lock, spine breathing.
